In addition to client interactions, the therapist will also be responsible for various operational duties within the spa, including maintaining clean and organized therapy rooms, handling laundry tasks, attending monthly staff meetings, and promptly reporting any safety concerns to the Day Spa manager. The position demands strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a goal-driven attitude to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Mastery of phone etiquette and basic computer skills are necessary. While the spa will provide training on its booking application, familiarity with booking systems is advantageous.
