Job Duties

  • clean and prepare guest rooms and suites according to Holiday Inn brand standards
  • ensure guest rooms are spotless, comfortable, and ready for arriving guests
  • replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies
  • maintain cleanliness in assigned public areas when needed
  • report maintenance concerns promptly to management
  • properly stock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas
  • accurately document and turn in lost-and-found items
  • assist guests with requests such as extra towels, linens, or basic directions
  • support deep-cleaning projects and special assignments as assigned
  • follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards
