Job Duties
- ensure all areas meet high cleanliness standards within specified timeframes including surface cleaning disinfecting dusting mopping vacuuming trash handling and laundry
- provide consistently professional and courteous service to guests
- demonstrate attention to detail punctuality and composure in stressful situations
- fulfill special guest requests promptly and efficiently
- monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages
- perform manual cleaning tasks according to safety standards
- assist other departments as needed to enhance guest experience
- report maintenance issues promptly
- adhere to safety policies and procedures
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
