Job Duties
- Adhere to Kohl's standards and techniques when cleaning and maintaining the store, including floors, windows, restrooms, and waste receptacles
- Ensure safety and cleanliness by using authorized chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- Monitor and control the levels of designated company chemicals and supplies, initiating new orders when stocks run low
- Store and rotate goods in suitable bins for safe utilization
- Observe and sustain compulsory training regarding chemical application, equipment handling, and maintenance processes
- Carry out equipment maintenance based on prescribed procedures
- Leverage Kohl's tools and technology for coordinating, communicating, and sharing information with the store team
- Aid the operations team with tasks such as product handling, stockroom upkeep, and fulfilling orders across different channels as situations demand
- Extend a friendly greeting to customers and show willingness to assist them in exploring products and services
- Embrace transparency and build a culture of teamwork within an inclusive sphere
- Utilize good sense and consult with appropriate allies when making decisions
- Express dedication to customer experience by predicting and resolving needs promptly
- Attain or surpass individual targets related to output, reliability, and allegiance
- Proficiently handle a diverse range of tasks within specified time constraints
- Follow safety rules established to protect staff and customers
