We are currently seeking a full-time Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor to join our team. This position is essential in assigning and supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring all guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobby areas, and common spaces are impeccably clean and orderly. At an hourly wage of $23.50, this is a dynamic working supervisor role that blends leadership with hands-on duties, requiring active involvement in quality assurance, workforce management, training, and guest service. The successful candidate will lead by example, directly participating in cleaning operations while overseeing the performance and productivity of housekeeping associates.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in a hotel environment, are familiar with room inspections, and possess a solid background in housekeeping operations. The role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to respond swiftly to guest requests, and a strong commitment to upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities also include managing staff schedules to align with forecasted occupancy, scrutinizing the condition and cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, maintaining inventory controls, and ensuring all team members comply with company policies and safety requirements.

Beyond daily supervision, the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for training new staff, handling disciplinary procedures in collaboration with management, and supporting a positive and efficient work atmosphere that maximizes team output.
