Job Requirements

  • ability to perform physical tasks involved in cleaning and laundry

Job Duties

  • maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents, family members, and employees
  • perform daily cleaning assignments, deep cleaning assignments for move-ins and move-outs, as well as isolation cleaning procedures in accordance with established infection control procedures
  • ensure that work and assigned areas are clean and that equipment, tools, supplies, etc., are properly stored at all times
  • wash and dry resident laundry and linen
  • deliver and put away all laundered items
  • properly use, store, and maintain all equipment
  • label resident laundry
