As the Front Office and Housekeeping Manager at Hotel Ardent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and superior guest satisfaction of the hotel. Job Requirements
- At least two years in hotel operations management
- Experience working at a Hilton-branded property is preferred
- Familiarity with PEP PMS is a plus
- A valid driver's license
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong diplomacy skills and a knack for problem-solving
- Robust administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language used in the workplace
- Capability to work 8+ hours per day, standing, sitting, and walking as needed
- Able to lift, lower, push, pull, and maneuver objects up to 30 pounds occasionally
