We are currently seeking a qualified, hard-working, and customer service-driven Housekeeping Aide to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment across the facility, contributing directly to the quality of life of our residents. Your day-to-day tasks will include essential housekeeping services such as dusting, mopping, and trash collection, all performed with meticulous attention to detail and care. Experience in long-term care preferred but not required

Job Duties

Maintain resident rooms, dining rooms, offices and all general areas of facility by cleaning restrooms, walls, baseboards, doors, mirrors, dusting, removing trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping down tables and furniture while making sure to follow all proper cleaning techniques and protocols
Perform day to day housekeeping services such as dusting, mopping, and collecting trash
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and Quality Center standards related to safety and cleanliness
Collaborate with team members to meet the facility’s cleaning and maintenance schedules
Adapt to flexible work hours and perform multiple tasks efficiently
Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude
