- must be able to read, write and understand English

- working knowledge of standard cleaning materials
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
- ability to follow oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Follows specific cleaning and service instructions as outlined by the Director of Environmental Services
- follows cleaning procedures in a safe manner
- completes all assignments scheduled in each unit
- provides sanitary, odor free, orderly environment in assigned units
- checks stock and notifies supervisor of supply needs
- maintains equipment in good working condition and returns it to proper location
- assists with room changes as needed
- ensures residents and families receive high quality service in a caring atmosphere
- performs other duties as requested
