As a full-time Housekeeper, you will be a key member of the hotel's housekeeping department, which is dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort in all guest rooms and public areas. The hotel offers a comprehensive benefits package to its full-time housekeeping staff, ensuring health and financial well-being, starting just 30 days after employment begins. The salary for this role is based on an annual USD rate, reflecting the full-time nature of the position and the responsibilities involved.

The Housekeeper role is essential to the smooth operation of the hotel and ensuring guests experience a pristine, welcoming, and comfortable environment during their stay. You will have a good understanding of the hotel's operating procedures and be knowledgeable about different room types and the standards for supplies. This role requires cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, replenishing supplies and amenities, inspecting rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's standards, and reporting any damages or malfunctions to the Housekeeping Supervisor. You will be expected to clean all furnishings in the guest rooms thoroughly, including items such as televisions, desks, chairs, lamps, air conditioners, headboards, nightstands, wall pictures, wall lamps, and window ledges.

In addition to guest rooms, you will maintain cleaning supplies and ensure the cleaning cart is safe, organized, and presentable. Responsibilities also include responding promptly and efficiently to guest requests, handling guest complaints professionally, and fostering goodwill by being courteous, friendly, and helpful to guests, managers, and fellow associates. Teamwork and organizational skills are critical, as you will need to prepare bedrooms within specified time limits while adhering to internal hotel procedures. The role requires wearing a uniform and nametag, following all hotel policies and emergency procedures, and exercising discretion to avoid disturbing guests.

Other duties include cleaning public areas, performing laundry tasks, maintaining personal cleanliness, and being willing to work flexible hours.
