Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing in basic English
- capability to work flexible hours including weekend and holiday shifts
- physical ability to stand and walk an entire shift
- ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- strong attention to detail
- dependable and self-motivated
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift
- clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards
- change linens and make guest beds
- restock all guest room supplies
- remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms
- clean and sanitize public area spaces as assigned
- approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- comply with Hyatt’s standards and safety procedures
- assist with guest requests and other departmental needs during the evening shift
- perform other tasks as assigned by a leader
