The Housekeeper role at Travel + Leisure Co. is an integral part of maintaining the high standards of their resort operations. This position focuses on ensuring that each resort unit is impeccably clean and comfortable, adhering strictly to resort quality standards. The housekeeper will clean various areas, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and common areas such as lobbies. Duties encompass vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, making beds, replenishing supplies like kitchenware and toiletries, and managing linens by sorting, counting, folding, marking, and carrying them as needed. Beyond physical cleaning tasks, housekeepers will also be responsible for fostering positive interactions with guests and other associates, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries or concerns to enhance the overall guest experience.

This role is characterized by a fast-paced work environment where attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently are essential. The role requires responsibility and a positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork. Physical stamina is also important, as lifting up to 50 pounds will be necessary. The position typically offers an hourly wage of $17.50.
