Job Duties
- Clean resort units including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms
- Vacuum, dust and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and lobbies
- Make beds and replenish supplies such as kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens
- Maintain adherence to housekeeping detail standards
- Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest issues to resolution to improve the guest experience
