Avamere is recognized for providing exceptional care and hospitality to senior residents through a range of living options designed to support independence, wellness, and comfort. At Ovation Heartwood Preserve, the focus is on creating a warm, welcoming, and home-like environment where residents feel valued and cared for within a safe and clean setting. This establishment combines compassionate care with modern amenities, aiming to uphold high standards in both service and facility maintenance. The community is part of a larger network known for its dedication to the well-being of seniors, emphasizing respect, dignity, and quality of life. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities, with competitive pay ranging from $16 to $18 per hour, accommodating flexible schedules including weekday and weekend shifts.
The Housekeeper position at Ovation Heartwood Preserve is an integral part of maintaining the excellence of the community’s living environment. The role requires diligent attention to cleanliness and organization within residents’ apartments and shared spaces ensuring a healthy and pleasant atmosphere. Housekeepers are entrusted with essential tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors, as well as handling residents’ laundry in compliance with building policies. They play a vital role in infection control protocols and must uphold confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. This ensures the privacy and dignity of all residents are protected. The job entails ordering and monitoring cleaning supplies, maintaining tidiness in linen areas, aiding with bed making, and supporting other housekeeping duties as required. Candidates with prior housekeeping experience, particularly within healthcare, senior living, or hospitality settings, are preferred due to the specialized nature of the work and the need for sensitivity when interacting with elderly residents. This role requires a reliable and compassionate individual who understands the importance of hygiene and comfort in enhancing the residents’ quality of life.
In addition to providing a vital service to the residents, Housekeepers at Ovation Heartwood Preserve benefit from a comprehensive package of employee benefits designed to support health, well-being, and work-life balance. This includes robust medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement plans, and access to supplemental insurances and employee discounts. The community values the people behind the service and invests in their growth and security. Working in this environment means joining a respectful workplace focused on teamwork and compassion, with opportunities for personal and professional development within the Avamere family. The position is ideal for individuals seeking meaningful work that makes a difference in the lives of seniors while offering a stable and supportive employment experience.
