The Housekeeper role at Paws Up Montana plays a critical role in upholding the resort’s elevated standards. This position is responsible for ensuring that all guest accommodations are immaculate, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared, contributing directly to guests’ comfort and satisfaction. Housekeepers at Paws Up demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and consistency in their work, embracing a strong sense of ownership and pride in maintaining high-quality environments for guests. Beyond the physical cleaning and upkeep, housekeepers serve guests with warmth and personalized service, anticipating their needs and discreetly accommodating special requests without intrusion, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience from arrival to departure.
Housekeepers work closely with management to execute both daily cleaning tasks and scheduled deep-cleaning responsibilities with precision and timeliness. They also maintain communal guest areas and housekeeping spaces, ensuring these remain clean, orderly, and inviting throughout the day. - Perform deep-cleaning tasks on a scheduled basis, as directed by management
- Maintain guest areas, ensuring they are clean, orderly, and welcoming
- Ensure housekeeping areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained
- Uphold environmental sustainability practices by minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources while exceeding guest expectations for luxury
