Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property
- Prior experience in cleaning or maintenance roles preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills to report hazards and inventory needs
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance
- Commitment to providing high-quality service to support property appeal
Job Duties
- Clean the leasing office, clubhouse, common-area restrooms, model units, amenities, and vacant apartment homes daily or as directed
- Ensure vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal
- Assist in the make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested by Service Manager, Community Manager, or Assistant Manager
- Report any observed hazards or potentially dangerous situations to appropriate supervisors
- Maintain an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when reordering is necessary
