The Housekeeper plays a vital role within the Excel Hotel Group’s hotel operations. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various public spaces throughout the hotel, ensuring that guest rooms meet established standards of hygiene and comfort, and assisting with multiple housekeeping and laundry tasks. Working closely with other staff members, the Housekeeper upholds the company's core values by always approaching interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner. The role includes performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, polishing mirrors, and thoroughly sanitizing bathrooms, among other tasks that help create a welcoming and safe environment for guests. Additionally, the Housekeeper manages stocking and organizing supplies necessary for smooth housekeeping operations, including guest amenities and cleaning materials.

This role demands physical stamina, as it requires standing and walking for long periods, as well as the ability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 pounds. Adherence to company and hotel policies and efficiency in completing scheduled tasks are essential components of the role's responsibilities.
