Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Willingness to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services or willingness to learn
- Natural cleanliness and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies

Job Duties
- Provide housekeeping services to residents by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc. in apartment homes
- Engage with residents to make their day brighter
- Keep shared community spaces clean by removing trash, vacuuming, disinfecting, etc.
- Help stock housekeeping supplies in resident apartments
- Ensure consistent cleanliness and organization throughout the community
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols while performing duties
- Report maintenance needs and any resident concerns promptly
