This role primarily involves performing a variety of light cleaning duties critical to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment within the hospital and associated facilities. Housekeepers will work a schedule of three days per week, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend and holiday responsibilities. This schedule offers flexibility and is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment in a supportive, community-focused workplace. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior housekeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to work part-time schedule including rotating weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Perform light cleaning duties including making beds and replenishing linens
  • Clean patient rooms, public hallways, and other hospital areas by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Empty trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
  • Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, showers, and glass surfaces
  • Respond to housekeeping requests and resolve issues such as spills or broken items
  • Collaborate with team members and maintain professionalism with customers and colleagues
