Job Description
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a leading provider of housekeeping and environmental services to healthcare facilities across the United States. With a strong mission to positively impact the communities it serves, HCSG prides itself on delivering high-quality cleaning and maintenance services that are essential for the health and safety of patients, residents, and staff. The company operates primarily within the healthcare sector, serving long-term care facilities, hospitals, and senior living communities. HCSG is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, reliability, and respect in every location it serves, and it values team members who share its commitment to enhancing customer and resident experiences.
Joining HCSG as a Housekeeper means becoming an integral part of a team focused on maintaining clean and safe environments where those in care can feel comfortable and secure. The housekeeper role at HCSG is vital to ensuring that long-term care facilities meet stringent sanitation and infection control standards. The position offers a starting pay rate of $19.18 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role to health and safety outcomes. Additionally, HCSG provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees, including free telemedicine services, prescription discount programs, employee assistance programs, and financial wellness support. Career development opportunities and hands-on training are also part of the package, further demonstrating HCSG's investment in its workforce.
As a Housekeeper at HCSG, the individual will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks that ensure a pristine living and working environment for residents and staff alike. These tasks include cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices daily, following established procedures and safety guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation. The role requires vigilance in maintaining records of cleaning activities and promptly reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors. Adherence to infection control measures and universal precautions is critical in protecting residents, especially in long-term care settings where vulnerable populations reside. Interaction with residents, fellow staff, and visitors should always reflect HCSG's customer service values, promoting positivity and professionalism. The role offers the opportunity to make a direct and meaningful impact on the comfort and safety of individuals living in healthcare facilities, making it a rewarding position for those committed to service and quality.
