The hospital employs a multidisciplinary team of compassionate therapists, nurses, and physicians who create personalized treatment plans focused on physical, occupational, and speech therapy tailored to each patient’s unique needs. The modern facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapy technologies that foster an enriching environment conducive to healing and patient recovery. Accredited by the Joint Commission and ranked nationally among the top rehabilitation centers, Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital prides itself on delivering patient-centered care that empowers individuals to regain their highest level of independence.

Green Bay itself is widely recognized beyond its famed football culture, offering a welcoming community with riverfront living, extensive outdoor trails, excellent educational opportunities, low crime rates, and affordable housing. This makes it an attractive location for families and professionals seeking a balanced lifestyle. The hospital is currently seeking a dedicated part-time Housekeeper to join its team, providing 16 to 24 hours of weekly coverage, including some weekends. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

As an employee of Ernest Health-participating hospital, individuals benefit from a supportive work culture emphasizing recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives. Programs like "My Ernest Journey" and engagement surveys ensure employees have platforms to voice their feedback and contribute to continuous improvements within the work environment. The hospital’s comprehensive benefits package further supports the health and financial well-being of its workforce. Key benefits include various medical plan options, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and life and disability insurance. The hospital also fosters a positive work-life balance through wellness programs, employee assistance, and earned time off starting from day one.

Key skills include knowledge of healthcare cleaning procedures, excellent organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to uphold patient confidentiality and workplace safety standards. Successful candidates will be team-oriented and professional, able to contribute positively to the hospital’s mission and guiding principles through daily practice. This is a valuable opportunity to work in a reputable rehabilitation hospital committed to patient care excellence and employee growth, with room for continuing education and professional development.
