Job Duties
- Clean resident apartments including furnishings, fixtures, ledges, heating/cooling units, bathrooms, windows, blinds, and other surfaces
- Use proper cleaning and disinfecting solutions for sweeping, dusting, mopping, washing, and wiping
- Discard waste and replace trash liners appropriately
- Report health, safety, and sanitation concerns and apartment repair needs to the supervisor
- Follow work and cleaning schedules as closely as possible
- Monitor and remove trash from community areas continually throughout shift
- Keep work areas free of hazards and put away equipment when not in use
- Follow procedures for handling and storing chemicals and waste disposal
- Lock and control housekeeping supplies to prevent unauthorized access
- Comply with Clearwater Living standards to promote safe and efficient operations
- Assist in moving residents during emergencies if needed
- Maintain professional appearance and display positive behavior
- Represent Clearwater Living principles and core values daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
