The position available is a full-time Housekeeper role, working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential units, apartments, houses, and common areas within the community. The housekeeper will play a vital role in ensuring that living spaces are not only clean but also safe and pleasant for residents. The duties extend beyond routine housekeeping to include specialized cleaning of Health Center rooms, with attention paid to rooms before occupant move-ins and after move-outs, which is critical to infection control and resident wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, dusting, sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming assigned work areas daily. A key part of this role includes maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas at least twice daily, as well as handling garbage removal, including biohazard waste, managed by a contracted vendor. The housekeeper also assists residents with cleaning duties as contracted, highlighting the role’s interaction with the resident community and its personalized service aspect.
