Lily Pond Services is a premier domestic staffing agency specializing in personalized placement for families. They are dedicated to connecting families with experienced, reliable professionals through a trusted and thorough process, ensuring the perfect fit for each family's unique needs. With a commitment to excellence, Lily Pond Services has built a reputation for offering top-tier domestic staffing solutions, especially for Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) households. Their personalized approach ensures clients receive not only skilled professionals but also individuals who understand the nuances of high-end home management and care.
Lily Pond Services is currently seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily care and maintenance of a private family's luxurious San Francisco residence, with occasional duties at their Palo Alto home. This fully staffed, high-end household requires a polished, proactive professional who demonstrates strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach to housekeeping. The Executive Housekeeper will play a critical role in maintaining the exceptional standards expected in a UHNW home. This role involves managing and executing all aspects of housekeeping, including the care of fine furnishings, delicate surfaces, and specialty materials such as marble and wood. The candidate will work collaboratively with a team of household staff to ensure smooth operations and seamless service.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in similar roles within UHNW households, bringing expertise in luxury home care and formal housekeeping standards. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, discretion, and a professional demeanor. Key responsibilities include overseeing the cleaning and upkeep of all areas of the residence, managing laundry and wardrobe care for principals, maintaining household inventory, and supporting the household during travel or special occasions.
Scheduled for Sunday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, this role offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, sick days, a 401(k) plan, and discretionary performance bonuses. The Executive Housekeeper must possess valid U.S. work authorization and strong references from previous employers. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a skilled housekeeping professional seeking to work in an ultra-luxury environment and to be part of a dedicated team that values excellence and privacy.
