The Housekeeper Lead position at Crothall Healthcare is a vital role based at Allied Skilled Nursing in Scranton, PA. This full-time role follows a schedule of Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The fixed pay rate is $14.00 per hour. The Housekeeper Lead is responsible for supervising, training, and assessing the performance of housekeeping staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service within the healthcare environment. This position is essential for ensuring that all cleaning procedures are completed in accordance with the unit's established standards, enhancing the overall experience for patients, visitors, and staff.
