The company is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper Lead to join its Environmental Services team at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour, working a night shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Applicants are required to apply online.
The Housekeeper Lead plays a vital role in supervising, training, and inspecting assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks meet the unit's cleaning and service standards. This leadership role involves managing a team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and customer service, resolving internal and external guest complaints, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. Job Duties
- Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff
- ensures staff report and clock in properly, documenting absences
- resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction
- documents call offs and arranges replacements for shifts
- coordinates staff breaks and prepares assignment sheets
- assigns keys, radios, and beepers to staff, maintaining security
- checks equipment supply, cleanliness, and functionality
- inspects cleaned areas for quality standards
- assists staff to maintain cleanliness and service standards
- conducts staff training
- demonstrates professionalism and teamwork
- performs other assigned duties
