HOUSEKEEPER LEAD (FULL TIME)

The company is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper Lead to join its Environmental Services team at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position offers a fixed pay rate of $15.00 per hour, working a night shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. Applicants are required to apply online.

The Housekeeper Lead plays a vital role in supervising, training, and inspecting assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all tasks meet the unit's cleaning and service standards. This leadership role involves managing a team to deliver exceptional cleanliness and customer service, resolving internal and external guest complaints, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. The Housekeeper Lead prepares work assignments, coordinates staff schedules, oversees attendance and punctuality, and facilitates staff training to maintain high performance levels.
