Crothall Healthcare is currently hiring for full-time Housekeeper Lead positions at the THOP Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX. This role involves supervising, training, and inspecting the performance of assigned housekeeping staff to ensure all procedures meet the unit's standards. The Housekeeper Lead assists the staff to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service to patients and guests. The position requires prior hospital housekeeping experience and offers a fixed pay rate of $14.00 per hour. The role operates on a full-time schedule with days and hours that may vary, including rotating weekends and some holidays, with all shifts available. In this role, the Housekeeper Lead provides quality service by ensuring detailed attention to tasks, managing staff attendance and documentation, resolving guest complaints, coordinating staff breaks, and maintaining communication regarding work assignments. This position involves the distribution and control of keys, radios, and beepers, as well as inspecting equipment and supplies for proper function and cleanliness. The lead conducts regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met and provides staff training as assigned. The ideal candidate exhibits professionalism with customers and fellow employees, contributes positively to the team, and demonstrates accountability and responsibility.

Job Requirements
