Crothall Healthcare is currently hiring for the position of Housekeeper Lead based at Peace Health Ambulatory MOB in Bellingham, Washington. This is a full-time role scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 1:30 am, with the pay rate ranging from $21.00 to $28.00 per hour, reflecting experience and qualifications. This position is critical in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall environment of healthcare facilities, ensuring that patients, visitors, and staff experience a well-maintained, sanitary setting.

In this leadership role, the Housekeeper Lead supervises and trains housekeeping staff, conducting inspections to ensure that cleaning standards meet unit requirements. The position requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to address internal and external guest concerns effectively. The Housekeeper Lead is responsible for coordinating staff schedules, managing attendance, distributing assignment sheets, and maintaining the security of keys and equipment. Additionally, this role involves conducting staff training, assisting with workload demands, and maintaining open communication to support team efficiency.
