The role includes tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, floor care, trash transport and disposal, as well as reporting maintenance needs promptly. Employees are also trained and expected to follow all safety and health regulations, using personal protective equipment as needed and participating in safety programs. Additionally, housekeepers may assist with special cleaning projects such as preparing rooms for new residents or responding swiftly to emergency cleaning situations. The community strives to maintain high cleanliness standards in line with corporate policies and state and federal health codes. Overall, this job is ideal for individuals who enjoy contributing tangibly to a senior living environment, have a keen eye for detail, value teamwork, and are committed to providing excellent service with a conscientious work ethic.
