This position plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and various facilities. The role demands physical stamina and an eye for detail, as you will be tasked with duties ranging from dusting furniture and vacuuming carpets to changing linens and replenishing amenities. Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and procedures
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris
  • Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities as needed
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors
  • Restock supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products, in guest rooms and common areas
  • Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or manager
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests or residents, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or requests in a professional and courteous manner
