Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Physically capable of standing and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current vehicle registration and insurance
- Pass a background check
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills

- Legally authorized to work in the US
- Hold a valid California driver's license
- Have a reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
- Be able to pass a background check
- Have a great attitude and be a team player
- Willingness to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
- Ability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting
Job Duties
- Perform professional housecleaning using the Detail-Clean Rotation System
- Work in pairs to clean different homes daily
- Provide thorough cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting surfaces
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Participate in training programs
- Maintain reliable transportation and manage mileage reimbursement
- Uphold a positive attitude and teamwork
- Handle light lifting and physical tasks throughout the workday
