The role of Housekeeper at TerraBella Thornblade community is an essential position within the organization’s mission to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for its residents. The Housekeeper is responsible for performing a variety of cleaning duties in assigned areas, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices, according to a rigorous schedule involving daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. These responsibilities include sweeping, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors and stairways, as well as sanitizing lavatory and shower fixtures, cleaning bath tiles, woodwork, and window frames. The Housekeeper also manages community laundry responsibilities and ensures that all cleaning materials and equipment are properly maintained, stored safely, and used in compliance with safety and fire codes. In addition to maintaining the community’s cleanliness, the Housekeeper plays a key role in promoting health and safety by reporting any repair or supply needs to the Lead Housekeeper. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a courteous, friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, residents, and staff.
