Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- Housekeeping experience in health care setting desired
- Ability to follow established cleaning protocols
- Physical capability to perform housekeeping duties
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with residents respectfully
- Good interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent desired
- Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and dedication to resident care
Job Duties
- Perform daily housekeeping activities in compliance with federal,state,and local long-term care standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident areas and common spaces
- Follow department guidelines as directed by the supervisor or department director
- Ensure community environment is comfortable and home-like for residents
- Support the resident-first culture through person-centered care
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel
- Assist with inventory and proper handling of cleaning supplies
