Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in luxury residential housekeeping or luxury hospitality
- ability to handle delicate and valuable household items with care
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- effective communication skills
- reliable and punctual
- physically able to perform cleaning duties
- legal authorization to work in the United States

- Proven expertise in high-level cleaning and laundry, particularly with luxury materials
- prior experience in a private home or luxury hotel or resort setting
- ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced household
- strong initiative and dedication to supporting a family’s lifestyle and preferences

- flexibility for occasional extended hours or weekend shifts
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning and scheduled deep cleaning throughout the residence
- care for fine materials and surfaces, including marble, silver, crystal, china, art, antiques, and other delicate finishes
- oversee household laundry with precision and garment-appropriate care
- assist with organizing household systems and completing ongoing projects
- work collaboratively with fellow team members to support seamless household operations
- run errands and support occasional events as needed
- travel to the Hamptons during the summer
- return home weekly
