Employees enjoy a supportive atmosphere where growth and development are actively encouraged, with over 200 internal promotions demonstrating the company’s strong promote-from-within philosophy.

Drury Hotels in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is currently hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that Drury is known for. The housekeeping team plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for both business travelers and families on vacation. Housekeepers ensure that every guest room is spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped with fresh linens and amenities. Working at Drury Hotels means being part of a tight-knit family that values each member’s contributions and supports work-life balance through flexible scheduling, paid time off, and generous employee discounts. Beyond a competitive starting hourly wage, team members are eligible for quarterly bonuses that can reach up to $3,200 annually, rewarding not only individual effort but also the collective success of the hotel.

The housekeeper’s responsibilities include thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas, as well as light maintenance checks to report any issues promptly. No prior cleaning experience is required to join Drury Hotels, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding entry-level position in hospitality. The company prioritizes a positive attitude, a commitment to excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina is important since the role involves walking, standing, lifting up to 35 pounds, reaching, bending, and pushing vacuum cleaners throughout the shift.

In addition to a supportive workplace culture and meaningful compensation, Drury Hotels provides comprehensive health and wellness benefits. Medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, and a Team Member Assistance Program are all available to full-time employees. Retirement benefits include a company-matched 401(k) plan to help secure the future of team members. The successful candidate will find a career with potential for growth, receiving ongoing mentorship and training designed to develop skills for career advancement.
