Their commitment to employee development, diversity, and inclusion is at the core of their business, fostering an environment where team members can thrive both personally and professionally.

One of Delaware North's notable locations is the Courtyard by Marriott Titusville - Kennedy Space Center in Florida. Situated on the Intracoastal waterway directly across from the Kennedy Space Center's launch pads, this resort hotel offers an unparalleled work environment that is both exciting and unique. The hotel features amenities such as a rooftop bar known as The Space Bar, which serves a broad casual menu alongside space-inspired cocktails while providing unobstructed views of the space center’s launch complexes. Additionally, the hotel offers extended suites, eight ground-floor walkout rooms, an expansive outdoor resort-style pool with a children’s section, and much more, making it a favored destination for guests from around the world.

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is currently seeking part-time Housekeepers to join their team at this vibrant location in Titusville, Florida. This position offers a fast-paced daily work environment where each day brings new opportunities to support the hospitality team and help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing public areas, guest rooms, restrooms, and other facility spaces. You'll replenish supplies, remove waste, and conduct walk-arounds to ensure all areas meet housekeeping standards and sanitation guidelines. The role also involves occasional interaction with guests, providing assistance while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Reporting maintenance and repair issues to supervisors and logging lost and found items are also vital tasks in this role.

This position is designed to offer not only meaningful work but also potential career growth opportunities within Delaware North, including opportunities for cross-training and internal mobility across their diverse operations nationwide. The company places a strong emphasis on training and development, encouraging employees to grow their skills and advance their careers in the hospitality industry.

The compensation for this part-time Housekeeper role is set at $15.50 per hour. Although this role is part-time, Delaware North offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for full-time year-round employees, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, tuition or professional certification reimbursement, weekly pay, employee discounts on food at on-site restaurants, generous Marriott discounts, and more. These benefits underscore Delaware North’s commitment to supporting their team members' well-being and professional development.

Working at this location means more than just a job — it’s a chance to be part of a global legacy in a workplace where you can witness rocket launches and meet astronauts while contributing to a guest-centric environment. The position requires physical stamina, including frequent walking, standing, bending, and the use of cleaning equipment, along with working conditions that expose you occasionally to fumes and outdoor weather elements. Availability to work weekends and holidays is essential to meet the dynamic needs of the hospitality industry.

Joining Delaware North means becoming part of a diverse team where your contributions are valued and your growth is encouraged.
