Job Description

Water Fleet is a progressive company specializing in mobile potable and wastewater management solutions. Known for employing innovative technology and a talented workforce, Water Fleet strives to provide unparalleled service in its industry. The company’s foundation is built on core values including Respect, Quality, Teamwork, Health and Safety, and Radical Innovation. These principles guide every facet of the business, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and a commitment to excellence. Water Fleet operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where employees are encouraged to take initiative, work collaboratively, and make meaningful contributions to the company’s mission.

The role of Housekeeper and Facility Custodian at Water Fleet is a full-time, non-exempt position that plays a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the company’s main office building and two trailer houses. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and does not entail any supervisory responsibilities. Scheduled primarily from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend duties, this role is vital in ensuring that both working and living environments remain sanitary, organized, and welcoming.

The Housekeeper & Facility Custodian is responsible for deep-cleaning services every 10 days in the main office, which includes three offices, a lobby, three bathrooms, a conference room, and a breakroom. The two trailer houses, each providing five bedrooms and bathrooms alongside kitchenettes and living rooms, require deep cleaning every five days with additional spot cleaning as needed. An essential part of the job involves managing linens, ensuring that all bedroom linens in the trailers are washed, dried, and replaced as necessary.

This position demands attention to detail, consistency, and a positive attitude, as the role significantly impacts the company’s image and the comfort of its employees. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only diligent but also friendly and approachable, fostering a sense of trust with colleagues who rely on the custodian to care for both communal and private spaces. The housekeeper will use company-provided supplies and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and safely, adhering strictly to all safety and security protocols.

Water Fleet values individuals who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain an energetic and positive demeanor throughout their workday. The company encourages applications from motivated candidates looking to join a supportive team and contribute positively to the office environment and resident welfare.
