Job Duties

Provide general housekeeping for both the community and individual resident apartments including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning main entryway, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and resident apartments
Clean and defrost refrigerators as needed, check heat system filters, change bed linens, and ensure linen supplies
Perform deep cleaning of apartments focusing on carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and light fixtures
Launder all linens using provided laundry facilities
Follow company sanitation and safety procedures
Greet residents and guests, serve beverages, cereals, soups, salads from the cart and meals and desserts
Return cart to kitchen, assist with storage of perishable items, deliver trays to resident rooms as needed
Bus and clear dishes from tables after meals, sanitize tables and chairs according to food service guidelines, vacuum carpets
Complete side work such as filling sugar holders, replenishing creamers, and cleaning coffeemakers
Perform other duties as assigned or needed
