This role is for a housekeeper position at the Drury Inn & Suites in Orange Village, Ohio, available both full-time and part-time. Housekeepers play an essential role in maintaining the hotel's clean and welcoming environment, directly impacting guest satisfaction and encouraging repeat business. The pay range for this position is between $17.15 and $25.16 per hour, with the starting wage potentially above the minimum depending on experience, skills, and education. The role also involves occasional support in laundry and maintaining public spaces. This position requires the ability to work independently while following verbal and written instructions accurately. Job Requirements

  • Completion of two years of high school or equivalent
  • No previous cleaning experience required
  • Ability to walk and stand for entire shift
  • Capability to push, vacuum, reach, bend, and lift 25 to 35 pounds intermittently
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts
  • Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative work relationship with hotel departments
