KOA is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at one of its properties. Reporting directly to the Designated Supervisor and General Manager, the Housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This role is essential in supporting the housekeeping department’s efforts to deliver exceptional service and uphold KOA’s brand standards. The Housekeeper’s responsibilities span from cleaning private offices and public common areas—including the general store and restrooms—to maintaining accommodation units to the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.

This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. The Housekeeper will be expected to execute cleaning duties efficiently and meticulously, paying close attention to detail to ensure all spaces meet or exceed KOA’s standards. The role requires proactive problem-solving, such as identifying maintenance issues and promptly reporting them, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. Housekeepers at KOA are entrusted with the care and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring proper usage and storage in accordance with safety protocols. The role also involves handling laundry tasks, replenishing guest room amenities, sanitizing kitchen and bathroom areas, and adhering strictly to health and safety regulations. An important aspect of the role is responsibility for the security of master room keys, observing strict policies to prevent unauthorized access.

Employees in this role must be physically capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and moving safely across varied terrains and weather conditions, as the job demands work both indoors and outdoors. Flexibility in scheduling for nights, weekends, and holidays is also required to support property operations.
