Established in 1986, the company has grown from a small property management firm into one of the most trusted partners in the real estate industry. Asset Living's diverse portfolio encompasses multifamily properties, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent communities, active adult living, and student housing. This extensive reach demonstrates the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional value to property owners and residents alike. Known for its innovative culture and dedication to excellence, Asset Living empowers its employees to lead by example, collaborate effectively, and continuously evolve. The company’s culture of unity and shared success is built upon the belief that "Together We Lead, Together We Succeed." Asset Living takes pride in creating an inclusive workplace where every voice is heard, every idea valued, and every individual is given opportunities to develop both personally and professionally.

Asset Living is recognized nationally as one of the Best and Brightest Places to Work and is ranked among the top 50 professionals by NMHC. The firm's membership in The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and its status as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) underline its commitment to industry-leading standards. The company offers its team a dynamic and supportive environment where leadership is a shared responsibility and success is a collective journey.

The role of Housekeeper at Asset Living is integral to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appeal of the apartment community’s public facilities, common areas, and grounds. The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all parts of the community are clean and inviting, which significantly contributes to resident satisfaction and property upkeep. Reporting to the Community Manager, the Housekeeper performs daily cleaning tasks, including making units ready for new residents consistent with the property’s operational objectives. This position requires a hands-on individual who takes pride in their work, demonstrates reliability, and has an eye for detail.

The Housekeeper’s duties involve community housekeeping, including trash removal, cleaning vacant units for move-ins, maintaining offices and amenities, and responding promptly to resident and management requests. It requires regular onsite attendance and adherence to Asset Living’s policies and standards. The role also involves managing excellent customer service and fostering positive resident relations by consistently enforcing community policies and projecting a favorable image of the property. The Housekeeper must use resources efficiently and report any violations or concerns to the Community Manager.

Candidates for this position should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree or housing industry experience preferred. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are essential. The role also demands physical stamina to perform duties such as climbing ladders, hauling objects up to 25 pounds, and working in various environmental conditions, including outdoors and confined spaces. Shift flexibility is important, as there may be a need to work nights, weekends, or overtime during emergencies.

Asset Living offers a competitive wage ranging from $19.00 to $20.50 per hour, commensurate with experience. Employees benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401K with employer matching, paid sick days, company holidays, and performance bonuses when applicable. The Housekeeper role is a safety-sensitive position reflecting Asset Living's commitment to maintaining secure and healthy communities. This opportunity is perfect for individuals who are motivated by a culture of continuous improvement and who want to contribute to a company recognized for its excellence in property management.
