We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the team at Travelodge and Penny's Diner of Yuma, AZ. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms daily according to hotel standards, restocking room carts with supplies, reporting any damages or missing items, and ensuring the safety and security of pass keys during your shift. You will be expected to perform deep cleaning tasks, collaborate effectively with both housekeeping and maintenance teams, and uphold proper procedures when handling cleaning agents.

This role is vital in supporting the overall guest experience by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness throughout the property. A successful candidate will exhibit strong time management skills, effective communication, reliability, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. Job Requirements

  • Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
  • must have prior housekeeping experience

Job Duties

  • Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards
  • restock room carts with supplies and maintain cleanliness of equipment
  • report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department
  • safely handle and secure assigned pass keys during each shift
  • turn in lost and found items and ensure proper documentation
  • perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned
  • collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
  • follow proper procedures for handling cleaning agents and supplies
  • provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests
  • perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Housekeeper
