The Residence Inn Midway is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join its team. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that the hotel is known for. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest rooms and common areas are immaculate, sanitary, and inviting. Your responsibilities will include cleaning bathrooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking rooms to meet the highest quality service standards. You will work closely with supervisors to perform self-inspections and submit room status reports to guarantee that every space meets the hotel's stringent requirements.

This position requires a strong guest-focus and excellent customer service skills to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Dependability, motivation, and attention to detail are key traits for success in this role. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory, as training and certification will be provided. The role demands physical activity including lifting, carrying, and moving items, as well as the ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays is important due to business needs.

Compensation for the Housekeeper position starts at $17.00 to $18.75 per hour, reflecting the value placed on the outstanding service this role delivers.
