This Housekeeper role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned residential community properties. The position involves performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties that require advanced skills and training. Tasks range from indoor cleaning responsibilities such as sweeping, mopping, shampooing carpets, dusting, polishing, and window cleaning to outdoor maintenance duties that ensure the community’s exterior spaces remain tidy and inviting. This role is full-time and non-exempt, offering an hourly wage between $18.50 and $20.00 along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Candidates selected for this position will be expected to uphold FirstService Residential’s Global Service Standards by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining high standards of personal and professional conduct. In addition to regular cleaning duties, the Housekeeper will monitor the supply levels of cleaning materials and ensure all products used meet OSHA safety standards for chemical handling. The role also includes security and safety precautions to protect the residents and property, timely delivery of packages to residents where applicable, and reporting any irregularities or maintenance issues to supervisors. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are key to success in this role.
