The organization is currently seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join their Skilled Nursing and Rehab campus team in Monroe. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The Housekeeper will report to the Environmental Services Director and will work primarily during the day shift, from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a schedule that includes every other weekend rotation. This position is hourly, offering a competitive pay rate of $15.00 per hour, along with pay flexibility through DailyPay, allowing employees to access their earned wages anytime.

As a Housekeeper at Wellspring Monroe Skilled Nursing and Rehab, you will be responsible for following established cleaning schedules and protocols, including compliance with Standard Precautions and hazardous waste handling procedures. Your work will directly contribute to the health and well-being of senior residents by ensuring that all assigned areas, which include bathrooms, resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, offices, and employee areas, are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards. The position also involves assisting with laundry duties to support the overall operation and comfort of the facility.
