Asset Living's extensive portfolio encompasses a wide range of properties, including multifamily housing, single-family home rentals, affordable housing, build-to-rent communities, active adult living, and student housing. With decades of industry experience, Asset Living dedicates itself to delivering exceptional value to its partners and creating positive living environments for its residents nationwide.
The company takes pride in its fast-growing team, composed of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds. This diversity helps to drive innovation and effective results for clients and communities. The firm empowers its employees to lead by example, collaborate effectively, and continuously evolve both individually and organizationally. Asset Living fosters an inclusive workplace environment where every voice is heard, every idea is valued, and every staff member has opportunities for growth as the company expands. The company's membership in The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and recognition as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) further attest to its leadership and high standards in real estate management.
The role of Housekeeper at Asset Living is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and overall appeal of the apartment communities the company manages. This role focuses on daily cleaning and upkeep of public facilities, common areas, and grounds, ensuring that the community spaces align with the company's operational standards. Key to this position is the responsibility of performing make-ready cleaning for apartments, preparing vacant units for incoming residents under the supervision of the Community Manager. Housekeepers are essential in sustaining an inviting, well-maintained environment that enhances the living experience of residents and contributes to the property's reputation.
The Housekeeper position requires regular and reliable daily onsite presence and involves tasks such as general cleaning, trash removal, upkeep of grounds and residential common areas, and responding promptly to resident or management requests and work orders. Additionally, housekeepers must uphold Asset Living's policies, report any community rule violations to management, utilize resources economically, and help enforce community guidelines as delegated by supervisors. Strong customer service skills are necessary to provide exceptional service to residents and maintain positive relations with the community.
Asset Living values its employees and offers a comprehensive total rewards package to its full-time staff. This includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death, and disability insurance, a 401K retirement plan with employer matching, and commission or performance bonus opportunities where applicable. Full-time employees are also eligible for paid sick days and company holidays. The Housekeeper role offers an hourly wage between $16 and $17, reflective of experience and qualifications. This position is a safety-sensitive role and may require compliance with additional safety standards. Overall, joining Asset Living means becoming part of a dynamic team committed to excellence, growth, and shared success across the communities it serves.
