The Housekeeper role is pivotal in our operational success. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for planning and executing all housekeeping needs within your assigned facility, ensuring every space meets our rigorous cleanliness standards. Housekeepers will be entrusted with cleaning and maintaining living and common areas, furniture, appliances, windows, and floors. Utilization and maintenance of various housekeeping equipment will be a daily task, along with stock management and supply replenishment.

Flexibility is essential for the role, as you may need to travel between facilities within the local area to deliver housekeeping services. Working a flexible schedule, including weekends, is a requirement, so adaptability and reliability are critical for success in this position. The role also demands physical stamina as lifting up to 40 pounds and frequent stair climbing will be part of your daily routine. Holding a valid driver’s license, maintaining an excellent driving record, and having reliable transportation with auto insurance are prerequisites for this role, emphasizing the mobility and responsibility aspects of this position.

We seek individuals who have prior experience in scheduling tasks efficiently and working independently to meet deadlines. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidates.
