The role also involves special tasks such as deep cleaning, linen laundering, and maintaining sanitary conditions following company protocols. Housekeepers are expected to handle tasks like vacuuming, dusting, cleaning appliances, and managing waste efficiently and courteously.

In addition to housekeeping duties, this role includes serving responsibilities, where the individual engages directly with residents by serving meals and beverages, assisting with menu options, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The Housekeeper also supports meal service by clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and assisting with storage and tray delivery when needed.

Atria Senior Living offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid holidays and paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan with employer 401(k) match. Employees also have access to tuition reimbursement opportunities for U.S.-based communities and may receive annual anniversary rewards and community survey-based incentive bonuses. The company prides itself on fostering a healthy work-life balance and providing advancement opportunities in a supportive environment.

This full-time position is ideal for candidates who possess strong organizational skills, a commitment to hygiene and safety standards, and a compassionate approach to resident care. The role requires effective communication skills in English, basic computer literacy, and the ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
