The role of Housekeeper at The Grand in Spokane is an integral part of the Stellar Senior Living team. This position offers a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive hourly wage of $18.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off, holidays, and a 401k plan. The company also offers on-demand pay options, allowing employees to access their wages as earned. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, providing a balanced work-life routine.

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, comfortable, and safe living environments within resident apartments and common areas according to high standards and facility procedures. Your role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for the residents by performing daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sanitizing, and waste disposal with care and efficiency. Additionally, you will respect resident privacy, preferences, and individual needs, contributing to a respectful and welcoming community atmosphere. The position requires attention to detail, friendliness, punctuality, and the physical stamina to stand for extended periods. Working with a stocked cleaning cart and following safety precautions in handling potentially contaminated materials are part of daily duties.
