Job Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service and cleanliness
- maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- keep confidentiality and trust with guests
- clean and stock assigned guest rooms including linens and supplies
- greet guests encountered on property
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitary guidelines
- follow safe chemical handling procedures
- keep work and storage areas clean and organized
- report maintenance issues promptly
- participate in daily meetings and training
- assist with quarterly and annual deep cleaning
- turn in lost and found items
- support positive work environment
- understand hotel products and services
- perform other assigned duties
